A counsellor is professionally trained to listen sensitively to your concerns with an open mind and without judging. A counsellor will not offer advice but will help you explore what lies behind current feelings. We will help you become more aware of your own inner resources and support you as you begin to use those resources to help cope with difficult feelings and situations.
The sessions are held on a weekly basis. The number of sessions required depend on the type of therapy you have, your personal circumstances and requirements and we will be guided by your needs and what you feel is right for you.

We have been trained in using an integrative approach, drawing on different aspects of theory models, working collaboratively with you to achieve a successful outcome.
